RECENT ACHIEVERS

These are the recent achievers of Operations Automator (Level 1)—learners who stayed consistent, did the hands-on work, and proved they can think and operate like real production engineers. They didn’t just “learn DevOps tools”; they built repeatable habits around automation, secure delivery, reliable infrastructure practices, and day‑to‑day operational readiness—so deployments become smoother, incidents become easier to handle, and troubleshooting becomes faster and more methodical. This milestone represents discipline, practice, and measurable progress toward running systems end‑to‑end with confidence and accountability.

Next could be you!

Overview

Level 1 is the “Ops umbrella” track: it covers the practices used to run reliable software and platforms
end-to-end—delivery, security, infrastructure, observability, incident response, and cost-awareness.

This program is designed to make learners effective at automating and standardizing operations work,
not only learning tools.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Design repeatable automation for deployments, environments, and operational workflows.
  • Build secure-by-default delivery pipelines with practical DevSecOps practices.
  • Manage infrastructure and platforms with reliability, monitoring, and incident readiness.
  • Apply GitOps-style workflows for versioned, auditable operations.
  • Use observability to troubleshoot faster and reduce downtime.
  • Introduce AIOps/MLOps/LLMOps thinking for operating AI-enabled systems responsibly.
  • Develop a cost-awareness mindset to run systems sustainably at scale.

Who this is for

  • Beginners who want a structured, long-term roadmap into modern operations.
  • Working engineers aiming to become strong in production operations and automation.
  • Anyone who wants to build a foundation before moving into AI Builder (Level 2) and Business Leaders (Level 3).

What you’ll cover (high level)

  • Ops foundations: Linux, networking basics, systems thinking, reliability mindset.
  • Automation: scripting, standardization, reusable workflows, reducing manual toil.
  • Delivery: CI/CD concepts, release strategies, environment management.
  • Security: secrets, access control, secure pipelines, practical DevSecOps.
  • Infrastructure & platforms: containers, orchestration concepts, cloud/on-prem patterns.
  • Observability: logs, metrics, traces, alerting, incident response workflows.
  • Modern Ops domains: GitOps, AIOps, MLOps, LLMOps, FinOps mindset.

How the program works

The ~1.5 year timeline is intentionally designed for deep skill-building. You will progressively move from
fundamentals to real operations workflows—building consistency through practice, repetition, and real-world projects.

  • Step-by-step learning path (foundation → intermediate → advanced operations).
  • Hands-on assignments and implementation-focused practice.
  • Periodic reviews to track progress and strengthen weak areas.

What comes after Level 1

After Operations Automator, you can move to AI Builder (Level 2) to learn pure development
(backend, frontend, database) and AI agents, or continue toward Business Leaders (Level 3)
for leadership and execution strategy.
